Each of our handcrafted rugs is made-to-order, specially designed just for you, and shipped within 2 - 6 weeks. We ensure top-quality craftsmanship, so your piece arrives at its best. Enjoy Complimentary Global Shipping. We offer Free Return Shipping within the US for 30 days after delivery. Items have to be in a new sellable condition. over-sized rugs of 10 ft wide or larger and custom rugs are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return. Returns are processed within 3 - 5 days. Once we process your return, we will issue a full refund minus a restocking fee of 15% of the rug's price or $50 per rug, whichever is greater.
