1001 Knots Return & Refund Policy

A. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must arrive at our facility within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that clearance and custom made-to-order are non-returnable. For issues with custom purchases, contact us at info@1001knots.com.

B. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, email info@1001knots.com or call +1 (425) 610-9238. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. Please note that we do not provide free return pickups. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

All our products are skillfully handcrafted, making each one unique with slight variations. We take care to inspect and securely package every item before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution. Please note that damage claims may take time to process, and we appreciate your patience.

D. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you need an exchange, please email info@1001knots.com or call +1 (425) 610-9238.

E. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% of the rug's price or $50 per rug, whichever is greater, will be applied to all returns.

F. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund (minus any restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 1 billing cycle. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

G. International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Orders

We do not offer free returns for orders outside the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Return postage and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, which vary based on item size and weight. If any, shipping fees are non-refundable
