Q. HOW ARE YOUR RUGS MADE? 

A. Each rug is meticulously handmade just for you. Hand-tufted rugs take a minimum of 2 weeks to complete, while hand-knotted rugs require between 8 to 20 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and size. 

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes, we ship internationally. However, we are not responsible for customs duty outside of the USA.

Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?

A: We process every order within 24 hours. Thus, cancelling an order after it is placed isn't always guaranteed. If we already process your order, we charge 50 USD cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@1001knots.com immediately.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: You will receive an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Please be aware that orders with multiple items may ship separately. In these cases, you will receive email notifications and tracking information for each shipment. You can also view the status of your order, and obtain tracking information in your 1001 Knots account. For orders over 2000 USD, a delivery signature is required. 

Q: WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept all major credit card companies: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

A: Absolutely, yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A TRADE PROGRAM?

A: Yes, we do. We offer 20% discount to our trade members. To apply for our trade program, please express your interest in an email to us with your business name, and a copy of your resale certificate & seller's permit.

Q: CAN I PURCHASE 1001 KNOTS RUGS IN PERSON?

A: Though we do not have a physical store, you can purchase many of our beautiful rugs through our stockists around the world.

Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A: For generations, our family in India has been dedicated to creating handmade rugs and shipping them to clients around the world. Now proudly based and registered in Texas, we continue this tradition as a trusted US small business. While we don’t have a physical store yet, our online shop is always open for you.
