Rug Care Guide

How to set up your rug:
Remove packaging and roll out our 1001 Knots rug on the ground (we recommend pairing it with a non-slip rug pad to keep the rug in place).
Flatten out edges by weighing them down with heavy objects in each corner and curved edges should flatten in a few days.

How to Care for your 1001 Knots Jute Rug:
Do not pull loose ends; clip with scissors to remove.
Shedding of loose fibers is normal and will diminish with regular vacuuming.
To prevent dust from settling into your rug, vacuum regularly and/or shake.
Do not use a rotating brush roll or brush attachment.
Turn carpet around occasionally to equalize wear.
Keep away from excessive moisture.
Blot spills immediately with a white cloth.
Professional rug cleaning is recommended as needed.
Harsh chemicals may damage or fade the rug.
A rug pad is strongly recommended.
Store it by rolling out the front side outside and wrapping it in cloth for protection.
Place in a dry and well-ventilated area.
