Enjoy Complimentary Global Shipping. We offer Free Return Shipping within the US for 30 days after delivery. Items have to be in a new sellable condition. over-sized rugs of 10 ft wide or larger and custom rugs are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return. Returns are processed within 3 - 5 days. Once we process your return, we will issue a full refund minus a restocking fee of 15% of the rug's price or $50 per rug, whichever is greater.
